We use the Shopify billing API with our public app. Is it possible to register discounts codes that we can share with prospective merchants or VIPs that do not negatively impact the revenue we capture from other app installs?

I am not an agency whatsoever, but this is sure possible with a custom app. That would require to find one webagency and they can do the work, calling Shopify API and whatever tool they use.

Do people recommending using the AppCredit object in the Billing API for this use case? Or is there a better method?
