Actually i want to create a store where customer will click the checkout or add to cart button and a form pop-up comes asks for phone,email ,price(customer wants to pay or bargain). then further discussion will be done by email with customers.
If you have any solution please let me know or any free or less-paid app is available for that kind of functionality then please do tell me.

These apps will allow you to replace the Add to Cart button with a Request a Quote button, while also giving you the option to hide your product prices. You can create custom forms for customers to fill out when requesting quotes. When a quote is submitted, you’ll receive an email notification and will be able to set a price quote, which you can then email back to the customer. Once a quote is agreed upon, the app will let you easily convert it into an order.
