Can we show discount directly on Checkout page

We have created the app for our store, and in that app we are using shopify checkout so that customer data can be collected on our store and we can fulfil it from shopify itself, but the issue we are facing is, the discount we are showing on the cart page of app is not reflecting into shopify checkout, Is there a way through which we can reflect the same discount on the shopify checkout page?

Please Note: We are not using shopify cart page on app, we are just using the Shopify checkout page on the app.

Buyers can use their reward/ rewards points to purchase goods at a lower price, in the form of coupon codes or specific discount percentages decided by the admin.

Thanks for this, but I don’t think that we can use this app for our custom app that we have made for our store. Is there any API that you can suggest for this or anything else that we can solve this issue?
