Does anyone know if this is possible in Shopify? We have been using XPS and have been adding a logo to our labels. Don’t see a way to do it in Shopify… any thoughts?

I am not familiar with this but have you checked if Shopify’s app Order Printer let’s you customize these labels? If not, you may try some paid apps like the below:
