Can you assign different cost prices to the same SKU for accurate COGS?

For the same SKU, is there a way to put down a different cost price. So for example, 5 crew necks size 36 in navy costs £X, and 2 crew necks size 36 in navy (so the exact same SKU), costs £Y? We need to be able to do this so that the cost of goods sold is accurately reflected.
