Can you change the email display photo from domain bought on shopify?

Hello, this might be a super basic question and please bear with me. i just started using shopify today.

So i bought a domain from shopify, and the emails are working fine. Is there any way to update the email display photo? I’m currently having this default avatar and i would like to change it to my logo.

Hi There!

A couple of things here:

  • This is the Google Avatar, not Shopify’s, if you want this to show you need to setup GSuite, link it to your Domain & then add the picture
  • When the picture is added it will only show to other Gmail users only, not the others.

oh cool thanks for the reply! Aside from Gsuite, do you have any other recos for free solutions? Gsuite is not free anymore :disappointed_face:

Zoho comes to mind for Email hosting, but that wouldn’t solve this particular issue sadly as you would need a Gmail Account
