I was wondering if it is possible to make a searchbox within filters (as I’m planning to have a lot of options under some of the filters).
And/or if it is possible to have a searchbox for all products within the collection page above the filter options or similar.
Please advise.

This features are both possible as an advanced customization whose implementation details are way beyond the scope of a forum discussion.
For the second if you mean search within ONLY a specific collection you may need a third party search app.
As collections are not part of the available search parameters

UX note: if your putting customers in this position that the filters need their own filters to filter the filters something has likely already gone very wrong with your products information architecture.
