Can you create a Shopify Plus development store without the partner dashboard?

Hi,

it’s possible to create a shopify plus development store not from the partner dashboard?
If a client have access to the admin console but not the partner dashboard of his shopify plus store and want to create a development store to test some functionality how can he do?

Hi There,

The client can talk to their Shopify manager and ask them to create a test store for them. For plus customers, support can quickly create a test store for them or a duplicate store as per the need.
