Is it possible to customize a favicon in Spotlight 13.0.1?
I see where to add a logo, but not a favicon.
This is all I see in this theme:
under that is Brand Information
I don’t see that option in this theme.

Can you download another original copy of the spotlight theme and see if it’s there?
I downgraded to the $1/month plan and I don’t think it lets you choose a theme. I used to have Dawn, but after the switch it automatically swapped to spotlight. I don’t think there’s an option to re-install or switch:
I had the same problem. I’ve changed my plan first, then I did shift+refreshing(hold shift key then click the refresh button of the page), then after that more options showed up. Since we’ve been downgraded to $1/per month, the limited option cached on my browser. Refreshing the cached fixed the problem.
I tried refreshing and I tried in an incognito tab, but I still don’t see any other options.
I switched to basic (there is a trial offer to keep the $1/month) and now I see the option. Hopefully it sticks when the trial is over.
