Can you customize the 'Print Labels' function in Shopify for multiple labels per page?

Hi,

  1. Can the ‘Print Labels’ function in Shopify be customized?

  2. And then multiple labels on one page?

So let’s say a label page has 20 labels on it, 20 order labels need printing on that one page.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some guidance with purchasing and printing shipping labels in bulk, to get this resolved. I recommend checking out our Purchasing Shipping Labels documentation for information on bulk purchasing, but is available to those using Shopify Shipping.

While customizations to features within the admin (i. e Print Labels) are not available, you can utilize the bulk function to purchase and print multiple labels at once. This may allow for adjustments to be made to your printer settings and label format to allow for multiple labels to be printed on one page. It can be achieved by:

  • Heading to the Orders section, from the Shopify admin.

  • Optional: To view only the orders that need to be fulfilled, click the Unfulfilled tab.

  • Select the checkbox next to each order that you want to create a shipping label for.

  • Click Create shipping labels. If you fulfill multiple locations, select the appropriate location, and then click Continue.

  • Optional: To apply a preset to your shipping labels, do the following:

    1. Select the orders.
    2. Click X orders selected.
    3. Click the preset.

  • On the Create shipping labels page, make any edits to your labels.

  • Click Review and buy.

  • Optional: Change the shipping date.

  • Optional: Change whether an order fulfillment email is sent to your customers.

  • Click Buy shipping labels.

  • Choose whether you want to collate your shipping labels with customs forms, and packing slips, and then select your printing paper format.

  • Print your shipping labels and documents.
