What we are trying to achieve and what outcome we expect: trying to achieve constant sales , during last 10 days, I started to see constant traffic from google about 100-120 people a day, did the SEO myself.
Hi @Karen_0
Firstly, congratulations, I think. It’s your first store. 100-200 visitors a day with SEO, Nice job. But before expecting sales. You have to focus on store UI and UX and need to understand user demands, Lot’s of things you need to improve like ( Home page optimization, Product presentation, product collection on Home page etc. you can consider below things.
1) Checked your store on Google and honestly, only one page is showing up in the index right now. If the store hasn’t been around too long, that’s pretty normal — but it does mean SEO needs some real work to get things moving.
2) Google Search Console and Google Analytics aren’t set up in your store. Search Console in particular is a must-have; it helps you stay on top of how your store shows up in Google and troubleshoot anything that might be holding it back. Getting both connected would make a big difference.
3) Also, make sure you’ve installed the official Google & YouTube app from Shopify and create a Google Merchant Center account if you haven’t already. A lot of store owners skip this step, but it’s what actually gets your products into Google’s shopping results organically — no ad budget needed.
4) With only 3 products right now, the store is a bit light on content — and Google notices that. It’s called a ‘thin content’ issue, and it basically means there isn’t enough on the site for Google to feel confident ranking it. As you add more products, this will naturally improve, but it’s good to keep in mind.
5) Your store doesn’t have a blog section yet, and that’s actually a missed opportunity. Blogging is a great way to bring in organic traffic — even simple posts around how your products solve a problem or help your customers in day-to-day life can make a real difference over time.
6) Your homepage hero image is the first thing a visitor sees, and right now it’s not really doing much work. Swap it out for something that actually shows your digital frames being used — maybe in a living room, an office, or wherever your customers would realistically put it. When people can picture it in their own space, they’re far more likely to stick around.
7) 1,700 reviews is a big number — and honestly, that’s the problem. Most people landing on your store for the first time won’t believe it. It doesn’t mean the reviews aren’t real, but without any proof, it can actually hurt your credibility more than help it. Try pulling in review snapshots from Amazon or Google so visitors can see for themselves where that number is coming from.
These are some key areas to focus on — fixing these will give your store a much stronger foundation to grow from.
Expecting you got the solution. But still have concerns, feel free to comment here.
Thank you
Hello @Karen_0
From a quick glance…. Some things you will want to consider:
- Your 2000 reviews - might be from the manufacture regarding the frame, but you need reviews on why someone should buy the frame from you, and not others.
- A quick search brings up frames that are the same and similar. You will need to differentiate so people are comfortable purchasing from you.
Regards.
100-120 visitors a day from organic search on a new store is solid. The fact that none of them are buying tells me the traffic is qualified but something on the site is breaking trust or confusing people before they hit “add to cart.”
A few things I noticed:
Your homepage drops visitors straight into a product page instead of a proper landing experience. There’s no hero section, no story hook, no collection overview. Someone landing from Google needs 3-5 seconds to understand what you sell and why they should buy from you specifically. Right now they just see a product and a price.
There’s also a massive blank white space below the product section on the homepage. Scroll past the feature icons and there’s nothing for what feels like several screens worth of empty space. That looks like a broken section or missing content. On mobile it’s probably even worse.
The “2000+ 5 star ratings” claim on the product page is a strong trust signal but I don’t see any actual reviews on the page. If someone can’t click through and read real reviews, that claim does the opposite of what you want. It feels unverified. Add a reviews section with actual customer feedback, even if you import from another platform where you’ve been selling.
All 3 products show “SAVE $30.00” which makes it look like a permanent fake sale rather than a real discount. Shoppers have seen this trick too many times. Either run time-limited sales or just price at $169.99 without the crossed-out original.
The good news is your SEO is clearly working and digital picture frames is a real product people search for. The conversion problem is fixable. I’d start with adding a proper homepage with a hero section, fixing that white space, and getting real reviews on the product page.
What does your Google Analytics show for average time on page and bounce rate? That’ll tell you exactly where people are dropping off.
Hey! First off, nice work getting 100–120 visitors a day from Google — especially if you did the SEO yourself. That’s actually a really solid sign because it means people are finding the store.
At this stage, the main issue usually isn’t traffic anymore — it’s conversion. In simple terms: people are visiting, but something is stopping them from buying.
If the goal is constant sales, here’s what I’d focus on first for time-box.store:
1) Make the product instantly clear
When someone lands on the site, they should understand within 3 seconds:
-
What the product is
-
Why it’s useful
-
Why they should buy this one
If visitors have to think too much, they leave.
2) Improve trust
Since the store was self-designed, sometimes the biggest sales blocker is that it may look nice but not yet feel fully trustworthy to a buyer.
Things that usually help:
-
Clear shipping info
-
Return/refund policy
-
Contact page
-
Product reviews / testimonials
-
Secure payment icons
-
Strong product descriptions
People don’t buy when they feel unsure.
3) Strengthen the product page
This is usually where sales are won or lost. The product page should have:
-
A strong headline
-
Better benefit-driven copy (not just features)
-
Clean images
-
Clear CTA (“Buy Now” / “Order Now”)
-
FAQ section
-
Trust-building info near the add-to-cart button
4) Check if the traffic is the right traffic
SEO traffic is great, but if the keywords bring in people who are just browsing and not ready to buy, you’ll get visitors without sales.
So it’s important to ask:
-
Are people landing on the right pages?
-
Are the SEO keywords buyer-intent keywords?
-
Are they searching to buy, or just to learn?
5) Add conversion boosters
A few simple things can make a big difference:
-
Bundle offer
-
Limited-time discount
-
Free shipping threshold
-
Exit popup
-
Abandoned cart email
-
Sticky add-to-cart on mobile
These small things often help turn traffic into consistent orders.
6) Mobile experience matters a lot
A lot of Google traffic is mobile. If the store feels slow, cluttered, or hard to use on phone, people bounce fast.
That alone can kill conversions even with good traffic.
My honest take:
You’re probably closer than you think.
If you’re already getting daily Google traffic, the next step is optimizing the store for conversions, not starting over.
I’d focus on:
Trust + product page clarity + buyer intent + mobile experience
Once those are fixed, that traffic has a much better chance of turning into steady sales.
Hey you’ve done pretty good work in generating 100-120 visitors daily and do SEO yourself. This can tell that customers are interested in your product but abandoned your site fast (you can check Google Analytics to see bounce rate/ how long are the sessions for more details). Something you can take into consideration
- Adjust store design: you’re selling sentimental (with decoration usage as well) but your site doesn’t look good enough I think, considering the price of your products also. Create an engaging homepage, display product beautifully
- Add more trust: your site has 3 products and you claimed 2000+ reviews but we can only see text review, no single photo review out of 2000 doesn’t seem reasonable and “trustable”
- Your product requires additional steps to provide photo to make things work, so adding step-by-step guide or more detailed FAQ would help customer quickly understand how it works, if they reach your site but don’t know how things work, they will drop. your hard earned traffic will be wasted. Your FAQ right now is pretty simple and maybe not answering all concerns the client may have
Agian, very nice work.

I do not think so its a good idea to add a product and an add to cart in the homepage.
It immediately pulls trust away from your store. Keep your homepage about what you sell. I want to atleast know different types of picture frames or trust you before buying something.
Second, add a video. I read how to set it up but adding a video on the front will be a huge boncus for you. These tech set up products works best if you let people know how to set it up with a video.
Hello there @Karen_0 I have a few suggestions on how your store could be improved
- Add a search button on the sticky header on the homepage to make navigation on the store ten times easier
- Add links to the social media accounts of the business at the bottom of the homepage.
HI @Karen_0
Here’s what we can do next in simple terms:
-
Improve your website content
We will make your homepage and product page clearer and more convincing so visitors quickly understand what you offer and why they should buy. -
Focus on the right audience
We will check which keywords are bringing traffic and make sure they are people who are actually interested in buying, not just browsing. -
Increase trust
We can add things like customer reviews, better product images, and clear guarantees so visitors feel confident purchasing. -
Add simple offers
Things like limited-time discounts or bundles can encourage people to buy instead of leaving. -
Set up tracking & optimization
We will track visitor behavior and keep improving the site step by step to increase conversions.
Overall, you already have good traffic now we just need to optimize your site to turn that into regular sales.
Hello!
I had a look at your store. Getting consistent SEO traffic is a good sign.
From a visitor’s perspective, the main gap seems to be clarity and trust. It takes a moment to fully understand the product and what makes it different, so a stronger headline and clearer messaging on the homepage could help.
You could also benefit from adding more trust elements, like reviews, real-life usage visuals, or social proof, to make first-time visitors feel more confident.
Overall, the foundation is there, focusing a bit more on how clearly the value is communicated should help improve conversions.
Hi there, last I posted here I asked you guys to review my store , you guys gave me a lot of recommendations and I finished redesigning my store , accordding to your most common notes about the old design, added a blog section, explainatory videos, descriptions and etc. pls check both on pc and on mobile. Now I have a big issue, on March 26 I got TLS certificate for my domain and organic traffic started coming in after that day I was having 80-120 visitors a day from google search , everything was great statistics were good 3min+ average in site, very low bounce rates and all that data was showing on google analytics, but on April 17 traffic just stopped overnight, tried everything to check myself no security removal issue, no manual action, nothing… just a 0 overnight.
100-120 daily visitors from SEO on a new store is actually impressive, nice work. the fact that nobody’s buying tells me the product page isn’t closing the deal. for picture frames specifically, people need to see the frame in context. on a wall, on a desk, with a photo inside it. a frame by itself on white is basically invisible, your brain just skips right past it.
the other thing is your homepage is pushing a product with add-to-cart right away before building any trust. lead with your story or at least a lifestyle hero image first. for the product photos themselves, we use Prodofoto in our store to generate lifestyle shots from a single product image, and for something like frames it’d be perfect since you could show them in a dozen different room settings without doing a dozen photoshoots. but even DIY mockups would be a big step up from what’s there now.
@Karen_0 Looks like spam traffic, can you please let me know? Still have a problem?
Yes problem still exists, but traffic was generic , people were landing on different pages, some add to cart and reached to checkout activity.
