I received a package in the mail that I DID NOT order. There are no information included in the package and it did not include the Vendor info just the address. How can I track the Sender info? I am not sure which account it used to place this order.
We’re unable to look up a store by address. If the package was not addressed to you, I recommend contacting the carrier who delivered it. Typically, carriers will have a process in place for returning packages to the sender.
