Can you review orders before they are automatically accepted?

I was wondering if it is possible to set my website up so that I can review an order before it is automatically accepted? For example, I can review and accept an order then a confirmation will be sent to the customer and payment taken.

I am setting up a wholesale website to supply my trade customers.

The requirement can’t be fulfilled exactly as you want however, you can work around it. Like to request a quote instead of checkout on the cart.

By this, you will have the product list your traders want, then you can send them notification via WhatsApp, email any other means.
