Does Shopify allow split payment at checkout?
I have created an app asking customers to add packaging while buying products. For this, I have created one product which added to the cart. So my requirement is to process this packaging(product) fee directly to the merchant bank or Paypal account and remain through the Shopify payment process.
If anyone has an idea please let me know.

You can take multiple and partial payments when processing orders in-person through the Shopify POS. However, you would need to use a third-party app, like Split - Partial Payments, in order to process split payments for online sales, and they can make splits between credit card and PayPal. If you need any help with this app, then the app developer is always available to assist you - you can reach out to them directly through the contact information found in the Support section of their app’s page.
