If the client I’m building a site for isn’t ready to have a store, but wants one eventually, does Shopify support just an informational site, and later add the store functionality portion?
You sign up for a store, and you can temporarily (or permanently) remove/hide/disable cart/checkout functions. But you are still paying for the server space, whether you sell anything or not.
