We’re looking to to see a credit card transaction details that was run through Shopify. We’re used to be able to have access to this level of data from our prior credit card processor. Does Shopify offer this data to customers? If so how do we access it? Please advise.

I understand that you’re looking to see the credit card transaction details for orders processed through Shopify. Just to confirm, are you looking for the payment processing details (eg. authorization, processing fees, etc)? Or, are you looking to edit the details that appear on your customer’s credit card bill?
If you’re looking to see the transaction details, then you can view all transactions or export your transactions from the Payouts page. This will allow you to view the credit card transaction details for each order processed through Shopify Payments. However, if you’re looking to change your company’s details that appears on the customer’s credit card bill, then you can do this by editing the customer billing statement when managing your Shopify Payments accounts.
