Cancel and refund for Unauthorized payment

Hi,

I found unauthorized payment from the Shopify.

I didn’t have account in Shopify and I couldn’t find how to get details in the Shopify.

after that, I make the account and signed in. However, also I couldn’t find any information for payment details.

Please let me know registered email address and which store for below payment.
