How can I cancel my domain renewal when my Shopify account is inactive? I can’t access the account to go to Setting > domain it just ask me to pay the account to access it.

As part of store closure procedure, we do advise taking care of any ongoing charges before completing store closure. In this case, as you have already completed store closure and now do not have access to your admin, it would be best to reach out to our live support team for their advice on best next steps to take.
