I’ve noticed this friday (26.11.2021) that when I cancelled an order on Printify, it automatically cancelled the order via Shopify as well. However, this was not the case before and I had to manually cancel the order on both Printify and Shopify. I’ve reached out to Printify tech support team and they have confirmed that automatic order cancellation is not part of their system.
Is this some sort of technical glitch or was there an update that now automatically cancels orders? Is it possible to change this to manual cancellation as I preferred that more (especially when I fulfil the order myself when I have certain item in stock and not through the service provider).
