I have a cancelled order which is still showing as unfullfilled and is being pulled through to my Royal Mail app.
Is there any way to change the order status to fulfilled?

Try Archiving the order, that should work for most apps
If it hasn’t been fulfilled the status will remain unfulfilled, even if the order was cancelled.
You should be able to un-archive the order, allowing you to edit the order, then mark as fulfilled, then archive the order again.
Did not work for me still showing up as there.
Me either. I have 100 that are cancelled from 2020, frustrating!

Why can’t Shopify just create a new status “cancelled” and have it be grey, like “fulfilled”?
