Cancelled subscription but cant access to cancel apps

I have un subscribed shopify after 3 months without any sales.

There was a message saying to not forget to also unsubscribe from apps.

I thought that I would be still able to do it after unsubscribing to the shopify however it doesnt even allow me to access the settings or apps to do it.

How can I cancel the apps subs now?

PLEASE HELP.

I am trying to get an answer for that, for weeks now.. is this just some kind of trolling?
