Once you’ve done that, or if you’re having any trouble with closing the account yourself, you can contact our team through the Help Center to request a refund. Shopify typically does not offer refunds, but our team will determine if an exception can be made in this case. Simply enter the details of your issue into the chat assistant and then select “I still need help” to be connected with a Support Advisor.
