I would like to ask how to cancel or end the $1 plan for 3 months or anything else can you tell me because I want to use the ccs feature that requires at least an advanced monthly plan or other plan but it must be annual and now I am using the growing plan and have entered the CC for annual as well? How do I access this ccs, do I have to wait until August or until the 3 month free trial is over or what?

To get your Advanced plan to activate right away, you must ask Shopify Support to terminate your $1 trial early. You must ask support to switch plans right away because CCS won’t be available until the trial is over; if not, you’ll have to wait until the three-month period ends in August.
I want to use the grow plan for 1 year to access ccs I have tried chatting with their support but the answer is AI is not an admin or a real person. so I’m trying to ask here if it’s me who contacted the wrong person or how I don’t really understand.
