Cannot access Shipping & Delivery settings - 500 error

Hello!

Today I wanted to edit my shipping and delivery settings. When clicking on it, the page redirects me to the page, as per usual. The problem occurs when clicking on ,Shipping - Manage where you ship and how much you charge”. When clicking on it, I get a 500 ERROR page. I will attach screenshots below:

My IT team tried to access this page as well, but they were shown the same error. My colleagues tried as well on different devices but it still didnt work. I must mentionat that both me and my colleagues have SHOP OWNER accounts so the problem isnt the permissions. It is surreal for an owner to not be able to do something as basic as changing the shipping rates…

I contacted Shopify support and they told me that several other merchants are having this issue, yet I havent seen anyone complaining online… so I dont know if it really is a Shopify error or not.

I would really appreciate any suggestions / help.
