Cannot access store - No permission - ablsoute disgraceful shopify error

SO i make a store

i get the trial

trial expires, i try to go to my store

but it says theres a problem loading the page and i dont have permission to access it.

I buy the plan. Still cant access

I make a new store

one day later my new store has this problem

what the hell?? why?? disgraceful

then i go on the live chat and they have no idea about it and they say theyll send to another department and they dont know when tney will reply back. so literally whats the point of support if they dont even know what to do and have no clue about the error?

why is there this error in the first place? what a disgrace
