Hello,
I have successfully created a customers group and I tagged them as well to make a new customer group
This “MARKETING CAMPAIGN” group shows ups when I create a marketing email campaign.
But no one won’t be counted when I create a new campaign email.
Grouped 200+ customers have not subscribed to email marketing but they’ve already purchased my product.
Am I not available to send an email to Non-subscribers of email marketing in the first place?
I am attaching screenshots.
Any help would be appreciated as this has driven me crazy for 2 days!
Hi @Eddie16 ,
You can only email people who opt-in to receive emails from your business. You will see those customers listed with an Accepts marketing indicator on their customer page. Shopify Email filters out any customers that do not accept email marketing for you.
In this case, I suggest you use AVADA Email Marketing app to send emails to even your non-subscribers. All you need to do is to add the app, sync your customers to the app, create campaigns and send them. This is actually available on Free plan.
In addition, the app supports you creating various types of forms with beautiful premade templates for collecting leads:
-
Newsletter popup
-
Inline form
-
Spin to win
-
Flyout popup
-
2-step popup
and Automation Email Campaigns for Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Products, Welcome Emails, Order Confirmation, Cross-sell, Upsell, and more. Even better, the support team is online 24/7 to provide you with in-time solutions and advice.
I hope this workaround will be helpful to you!
