From what I remember there used to be an option to add more slideshows, collecions tabs etc.
Sadly I cannot see it here.
I can add a new secion, but how can I add more slides or collections under collection lists?

So something like this would require someone to check the code in your store . Cause this issue can occur may be because of the limit in the sections blocks . Or can be something else .
