I have had customers as well as employees located in completely different states (so not a local issue) notify us that we cannot add items to cart. You can click add to cart button but the cart remains $0.00 and remains showing “Cart is Empty”. All the items we are attempting are in stock and showing inventory. Any idea how to fix it?

Hi there, @GROZUSA . Thank you for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community Forums with your add to cart issue! My name is Imogen. It’s good to meet you!
Our developers are aware of an issue that is impacting some storefronts, and the ability of customers to be able to add goods to their carts. We’ve updated our Status Page referencing this issue, and I recommend keeping an eye on that page for any updates around when it will be resolved. Thanks!
Its definitely a browser issue. I tried it on Safari and add to cart works, but not on Chrome.
Im seeing a 404 on load of globalcheckout_init.
I checked my site and it’s fine, but it’s a custom storefront on Next.js
Yeah, its probably a browser compatibility issue within Shopify’s end.
