Have tried for two days to purchase a USPS shipping for an order being sent in a poly bag. The bag measures 16" x 15" x 10" and weighs 11 pounds. This within the measurements and weights posted on the USPS website for shipping in poly bags. I continue to get this error message: “A system error has occurred and is being investigated.”
Just wondering if any other merchants are experiencing this. The only other way to ship the products is in a box which is around $9.00 more.
