I will give you the same advice as above as Shopify is the website platform and shopping cart service some merchants use to run their online store. However, we do not manage the everyday sales, shipping, or store returns. If you cannot contact the store in any way within a reasonable amount of time, you can reach out to your payment provider for further options and a possible refund. If this happens to be a Shopify store, flagging it with your bank will internally flag the store on our end. We do not condone any fraudulent activity on Shopify, and we will investigate further if needed.
