I cannot place the main-menu at the top of the page. I changed the location to page and not modal. And I would need it to be sticky please.

Hello, there was an alert to change the scss
to css which made it brake. I changed it back.
But there is still no menu at the top, just a transparent background which I like.
But the modal menu is still at the left.
Also, when I scroll down the logo is stuck too and lowering through the pages as I scroll down.
Please help

I think in theme setting you have the background Transparent and too make the menu to view on click to hamburger button do try to change from the theme constimizer theme setting or header setting

You can show your logo at top in header section with background so that I will be visible after scrolling!
