Note:
At this time, it is not possible to add a Facebook ad account with prepay configured to a Business Manager.
I did some extra research for you, and I wasn’t able to find any supporting documentation from Facebook’s end to help you convert your prepaid ad account. Therefore, the quickest way to resolve this is to create an ad account inside the Business Manager (visible as ‘Create new’ in your screenshot), or connect a different ad account.
