My store has trouble connecting to apps and I also have trouble logging in on shopify help centre in order to reach your support team. Your websites kept re-directing to the same home page after I tried to login to get the 24/7 support.

If you go to this page and click Contact Support you will be prompted to either login or continue without a store. Once you have selected an option you will be asked to ask about a topic. Search for your query and relevant help docs will populate as well as the option to proceed to live chat or email. The idea of logging in is to provide you with more tools to assist, and should you need to reach the teams, it helps authenticate your store for a quicker wait time. You can of course proceed without logging in also. To better explain this, I’ve made a quick video here to show you how.
Are you not able to login to your store, or is it just the help center? What apps are you unable to add to your store, and what error message are you seeing when you try to connect?
