Two days ago I enabled my password to restrict access to the public so that I can update my store and do some maintenance. I am now not able to edit my store but only the password page. This is something completely new as previously I was able to edit without issues. I also see the 3rd party cookies msg even though everything is enable. I have also done all the troubleshooting steps to no avail and I’m unable to get assistance from Shopify support as this msg pops up when I try to login

Please help as I cannot get any work done and it’s going on three days now.
You mentioned that you enabled password-protection on your store but are unable to customize your theme. However, you’re only able to edit the password page.

Please share the third-party cookies message you mentioned above.
You should still be able to edit/customize your theme while you have password-protection enabled. On my end, I enabled password-protection on my test store and was able to edit my theme and save changes with no issues. I’m currently using Dawn theme from the Shopify Theme Store.
I found this response to be quite intriguing. I am using the Dawn Theme. I put a password on my store to make changes. Upon doing so, when I go to “Customize” it takes me to the “Password” page in customization, however it just loads a page, and before I can do ANYTHING the page just refreshes constantly, nonstop, in perpetuity. It doesn’t stop refreshing. Never had this issue in the span of running Shopify stores for multiple businesses - many of which used this theme as you said you are currently using. Would really love an update on this Shopify error as it is a HUGE issue when preparing the store to release new merchandise.
I faced an issue where I was redirected to the password page in the theme editor. I solved this by enabling third party cookies in the chrome menu. So eventually you could double check that:
