Cannot find "Collection" under "Products"

Hello friends,

I just signed up a Shopify online store and uploaded a few products. I want to categorize my products, such as “tops”, “pants” and “Accessories”. I watched some youtube tutorials, which say that to do this, we need to go to “Products” and find “collections”.
But my Shopify online store is weird. Under “products”, there are only “products”, “inventory”, “purchase orders” and “gift cards”. There is no option for “collections”. Could you please kindly let me know what is wrong with my Shopify online store and how to fix this issue? Thank you very much!

Please click on Products, and then it will open other menus containing Collections

Thank you very much for your reply. I click on “Product”, and it only shows the sub-menu: “Product”, “Inventory”, “purchase order” and “gift card”. When I click the sub-menu “product”, it shows all the products I uploaded. Still cannot find “Collection”
