Cannot find "Form options" to add new/ edit check out form

Hi All,

I am trying to add a new field to the checkout page to get more information from customers to process their order.

I looked at the https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/checkout-settings/checkout-form-options and it says to Store > Settings > Checkout > Form options section to make the appropriate changes.

I could not find Form option on the checkout settings and was unable to move forward.

If anyone could help me with this,that would be highly appreciated.

Form option on the checkout settings which is Customer information

You can make theappropriate changes on it

Thanks for the reply.

I can configure the default fields in the “Customer Infomation” block, but I wanted to add a new field to the checkout form.

Example: Adding another column for “Home phone” or “Delivery notes”
