I tried to look on theme.liquid as well in assets to remove the text where it says “Free Shipping Ends Today”
But I cannot find it all. Please help. I went under assets and theme liquid and still cannot find it.

Are you utiliisng any third party product apps by chance? I suggest checking each one to see if you enabled the text through them.
