We have been trying to get in contact with someone to verify our EIN. We have submitted the SS-4 documents with letters showing the correct EIN and business name, which matches what is in the tax fields. Unfortunately this shows as incorrect according to shopify’s auto verification.
We have been trying to reach out to support for 3 weeks with no response. In 5 days my account will stop accepting payments and we will have to move from shopify to something else. No response from support after 3 weeks and multiple attempts…
Newest ticket number is 55166140 and was supposed to be marked as high priority but it has been a week now with no response even after I have responded to messages again.
First ticket number was 54850258. 5 days until we leave shopify for another invoicing service if we can’t accept payments.
This is extremely frustration for a business who has been on Shopify since 2020 with no issues.
