Since a few days ago, it seems I cannot install apps on a development store.
The button is disabled. I have checked the app callback URLs, env credentials, and they seem to be fine. I have done things as I usually do but somehow it stopped working. A colleague of mine was able to replicate the issue by changing the env credentials. Once they were changed, she could no longer install apps anymore. Restoring .env credentials did not work for her either.
Opening the dev tools for inspections shows me some errors as shown in the picture below:
