Hello @MJH6097
That usually means the merchant either closed or reconfigured their store after you ordered—so the subscription logic kept firing even though their storefront links went dead. Here’s what to do next:
1. Find your merchant domain
- In your order confirmation email, copy the store URL (anything ending in .myshopify.com or their custom domain) and paste it into your browser.
- If it still 404s, note that domain for your bank and Shopify report.
2. Locate subscription management
- Search your inbox for “ReCharge,” “Bold Subscriptions,” or other app names—you should have received a “manage your subscription” link.
- Use that link to cancel future shipments.
3. Contact the merchant
- Reply to any order-confirmation or shipping emails demanding an immediate cancellation and refund for the unwanted NMN shipment.
- If their store is offline, insist via email or phone (if available).
4. Dispute the charge
- If the merchant won’t cancel or you can’t reach them, contact your card issuer or PayPal to file a chargeback—explain you never agreed to a recurring plan.
5. Report abuse to Shopify
- Go to https://www.shopify.com/reports/abuse and submit a complaint with your order number and screenshots of the broken links.
