Cannot log into my account because I have no recovery code

Hello,

I have a store that I had 2FA on and when I got a new phone, I lost access to the authenticator and recovery codes. I cannot log in and need to manage my store. This post is on a new account due to me not having access to my old one.

Is there any way to access my old account?

I recommend you to email directly to Shopify’s Merchant/Technical support.
