Cannot log into Shopify chat like I used to be able to?

Having access to Shopify Chat 24/7 is incredibly helpful. I used to be able to chat when I needed to. Now when the prompting is - Select store and I do select the store, instead of taking me to a chat page it take me to https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions . For the life of me I cannot connect to live chat. Please help.

To access our live channels, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’ and then click 'Continue’. It will bring you to a page that looks like this:

Thank you Luna, that worked. I had placed Shopify Chat as a bookmark that used to go right into chat but at least now I know how to get to it this way.
