I cannot login in the other account (this is an alternative email). Error message says: “Account inactive for 3 months. You have to confirm your email by typing this 10-digit code”. HOWEVER THE CODE NEVER COMES TO MY EMAIL, I’VE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES! Please help!

I would like to advise that if you have not logged in for three months or more, a 10-digit verification code is sent to your email. The purpose of this code is to verify your access to the account, and adds an additional layer of store security. However, I understand that you’re unable to receive this code.
Could you try the following to ensure you receive the verification code email:
Check your filtered/junk/spam folders as oftentimes it may be filtered there.
Try contacting your email provider to see if any restrictions are blocking Shopify’s automated emails.
If you’ve exhausted all options above and are still unable to receive this verification email, I recommend getting in touch with our support team via the Shopify Help Center for further assistance. Through our community forum, we are unable to investigate account-specific questions due to privacy and security reasons.
