Cannot login to Partners dashboard

Hello,

My company has a partners account and a published app. Today when I was trying to login to the partners dashboard, I kept getting the “Create a new partner account” message. I have no access to partners support as I cannot login to the dashboard .. how to resolve this or who to contact ?
