I need to change the menu links between markets but the option is grayed out for my site (screen shot below). The tutorial shows them as being able to be changed and not grayed out. What am I missing?
Hi. Answering these questions should hopefully help you figure out the culprit:
Are you on a Shopify paid plan ? If not then it could be why you cannot edit some sections.
Is the theme a free one and is your plan eligible for edits ?
Are you using the theme as a free trial ? In such case this is the likely reason.
If your plan or theme should allow you for sure to edit then check what did you do before it’s broken/greyed out. Installed an app, edited code, etc.
Try changing to a free theme and see if still have the issue.

The theme is a paid theme that we have been using for over a year.

We are on a Shopify paid plan which is the middle level one which we paid for for a full year. It is called “shopify” in 2024.
It might be the the theme has not updated this feature yet for the new marketplaces.
In such case I would copy the theme and test the copy if still has the issue. I recall having similar issue with Dawn but can’t recall what triggered it and what exactly I did that fixed it but I think it appeared was something to do with cookies/cache. Test on another browser or a private browser.
