I am trying to purchase a recurring subscription for a Shopify app. Whenever I click the button to purchase it, it re-directs me to the “Apps and sales channels” page under the settings menu with an error that says “charge not pending”. It says on another page that it’s awaiting owner approval, but I’m not sure how to approve it as the owner. How can I resolve this issue?

I’m having the exact same issue – and after 30 min on support I think reading in between the lines they must be having an incident (like it’s just broken for everyone right now)

It is a recurring subscription app that has flexible subscription options for selling your product. It’s a bit new and pretty underrated, but it gets the job done just fine.
