Cannot save the home page after adding a new image on the home page of my website

I have tried going through the usual channels to get some help, but I’m just going round in circles.

I am trying to update the home page of my website, I’ve added a new image but the Save button top right is shaded out and I can not save the image.

@CSFCreativeDesi - can be due to temporary server issue with shopify or internet connection, please contact shopify support.

is this problem happen only with images or you are unable to make any changes?
