From few weeks ago some strange happened when I imported changed products (ex: price, etc.) from a CSV file. The importation runs well, all data are correct in product sheet but then when I add the product to the online store I cannot see the product in online view mode, give me the following massage “product is not found”. Someone can help me and tell me what’s going on? Other question is, what´s de reason because the buy button and goolge sales channels are actived automatically when I finish the importation from a CSV file and the online store not?
Thank you for your help! The importation of the products is made without any problem. What is strange, first, the products aren’t published in the online store, in spite of in the CSV file “published” column I have the “true”, secondly, I add manually the product to the online store and try to see it in online view mode but I receive the following message “the product is not found”.
When I export the products from my store the CSV file generated cames with “verdadeiro” (true in Portuguese) in the column “published”. Then I use this file to change the sales price and reuse it to import. Until today no problem with the value “verdadeiro” on the published column, but doesn’t work anymore! I change “verdadeiro” by “true” and everything runs perfectly.
