Canpar shipping status not shown on the order details page

Hi Shopify Team,

When orders are shipped via Canpar, the status isn’t shown in the details page of the order. It only shows the tracking number. When we use Fedex we can see the delivery status on the page.

We want to use the delivery status with a Shopify Flow we are working on.

I understand your concern. May I know which app you are using to ship with both Canpar & FedEx?

With Shopify Multi Carrier Shipping Label App you can see both tracking number & order status right within the Shopify dashboard. I have attached one screenshot for a better understanding.
