Can't access CaseOh Games for order issue: what's next?

Something shady is going on. Shopify shut down CaseOh Games store on Shopify, my order is lost, and I’m trying to input a “problem with my order” on the Shop app and it won’t let me because the shop is shut down and I can’t access the URL to the order anymore.

I want my money back. I have screenshots to provide. And CaseOh Games should get access to their store back.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered it exactly a month ago for a valentines gift for my boyfriend and I never got it. I’m extremely disappointed since it’s expensive and the poor customer service shopify has.
